He pursues the concept of "creating fascinating works never seen before" and follows his principle of "creating figures at his company that he would want to collect himself". He has created a wide range of soft vinyl figures with different designs, from cute characters to powerful monsters.

The name 'Instinctoy' was designed to evoke the idea of being 'in sync,' representing how intuition connects us all, as if we’re on the same wavelength. Instinctoy is the tool that brings this intuition to life. After years of working on it, he remarks, we’ve come to deeply believe in the power of intuition.

Hiroto Ohkubo’s message to people is: 'Simply waking up in the morning and going to bed at night is not truly living. Everyone has personal feelings, and no matter what their hobby is, it moves their heart. I’ve loved toys for over 20 years, and when I see a toy I’m drawn to, I become fully absorbed in it. When I create a toy that resonates with a customer’s intuition, and I feel that my emotions have been communicated through it, it becomes a true source of vitality in my life.
